This was an absolutely amazing experience. We stopped at Favales on a whim, but we’re very happy that we did. The vibe of the place was impressive right from the start, we got a spot right by the cashier and had a front row seat for how the team worked together. We were seated beside a very friendly couple who were regulars and had nothing but positive things to say, pointing out the drive and versatility of the owner and how the team worked together like a well oiled machine. The waitress was helpful and knowledgeable, offering descriptions and recommendations that were perfect. The prosciutto and pear pizza was divine, the coal fired oven added unexpected layers to the flavor. If you get the chance to stop by here, expected or unexpected, take it.

Pricey but the wings and pizza are quite tasty. The wings were very meaty unlike what you’ll sometimes find where there’s barely any meat on the bone these were really good. Seasoning was tasty too with some kind of garlic/Parm with fresh lemons and the charcoal oven flavor. Wish they did slices but that’s not really the vibe of this place, it’s more of a sit down or take out sort of place.

Favale’s Trattoria is truly a hidden gem. This place may be pricy, but every ingredient is fresh. My half-Italian grandfather said quote “this is the most fresh antipasto I’ve ever had.” The antipasto had very fresh mozzarella, aged parmigiano, dry sausage, artichoke hearts, roasted peppers, and olives. The pizza was perfection. Light and thin crust but not crunchy, fresh mozzarella, and rich tomato sauce. If they ask you “margarita style or plain,” say margarita style because it’s ten times better. Finally, they put a nice spin on zeppoles. Instead of dough with powdered sugar, they put nutella and cannoli cream along with the powdered sugar. Surprisingly, when you bite into the zeppole, no powdered sugar gets on your clothes and I was wearing a black shirt. Disclaimer: Bring your own alcohol. All in all, this hidden gem of a restaurant had the most fresh ingredients and is a 10/10.

This place is so cute! The staff were very friendly, the food was VERY good, and they easily made accommodations for my dad, who has celiac. The lunch special was the perfect amount of food at a (frankly amazing) price. I wish I lived here so I could come back more often! Can’t recommend coming here enough!!!

We operate Monday through Sunday with the following hours: we are closed on Monday, open from 11:30 AM to 9 PM Tuesday through Thursday, 11:30 AM to 10 PM on Friday, and 4 PM to 10 PM on Saturday. On Sunday, we serve from 4 PM to 9 PM, providing plenty of opportunities for our guests to enjoy a delicious lunch or dinner.
